Glue or staples on barbox rails?

What is your preferred method for attaching felt to barbox rails?

I should clarify. Glue method means glue with staples on the ends. Staples is staple only method like 3 piece slate.

I follow Glen's method and get fantastic results using 3M 20 or 77 adhesive and it goes very fast.
