The reason I use epoxy over foaming glue isn't bond strength. Epoxy dries hard and GG dries to a foam. Why would you want to add a insolating layer around your core to dampen your hit?

Just wondering.
They fill carbon shafts with foam to reduce the ping. I want to have as lively a cue as I can build,
Some of those shafts have weight bolts too.
