Watch your over spray and bring a roll of paper towels, some card board also, and a roll of duct tape. If you have some vise grip pliers that look like duck bills 4" wide x2" deep work great or some pieces of wood and clamps work also to clamp the cloth down while you strech it.
Everyone will do it different and this is the way i do it.
start at the long rail with the factory edge\ hem.
lay out some paper towels over the faace of the cloth and fold the cloth onto the towel this will catch any over spray when you spray the cloth. Spray the cloth lightly so it wont soak up alot of glue or it will discolor real fast. Use the card board under the slate as a shield when you spray the edge of the slate top 1-2" and the edge keep the glue of the playing area.
Start at the side pocket clamp the cloth there and pull to the corners and clamp and press it down wait 1-2 minutes and finish the side pocket and clamp it go the other side and do the same. Start at the side clamp and streach the the excess cloth to the corners clamp and wait then finish the side pocket. then do the short side of the table start in the middle streach it back calmp it then streach it to the corners then do the other end once your down finish the corner pockets and put some tape on the dog ears under the slate were the pockets are to hold the cloth in place make sure that any cloth or tape under the slate doesnt come into contact with the frame or it will throw of the level job. Take off the clamps drop it into place or drop on the rails cinch it up locate your spot for the rack.
Always keep your hands clean and the spray glue flies everywere you dont notice it until the next day when you see little bugers hanging every were.
best of luck
