I still own one of your cue's, the Mark Bear Full Splice, love it.

I'm sure I can let you know where he's at right now, probably his girlfriends name too ;)

AZ's a great place with good people / don't want to let idot's screw it up !!

Sometimes a little Professional Pressure does wonders :D

Tommy, I think his name was justin. I am not sure buddy. It has been a while now. I also think he moved, divorced his wife and who knows what else. People like that have a difficult time in life because of what they do. Karma can be a bi+ch sometimes. Thanks for the offor. I figure somebody might see him or the cue.

If people think they can get away with things without reprecussions, then a whole lot of people may start having bad deals here on AZ. We may be nice....but were not stupid.

Lets take care of this guy and I'm saying that in a professional manner ( That's what my Boss always says ) and bring this to a conclusion, like you getting paid :)

After researching how this cue deal went down perhaps it will work out ok, before going to plan B.

I understand this person has three years to pay for this cue, maybe he's just a little behind in his agreement with the Purdman.

I'm sure he's seen this post and will realize he better get it together with the Purdman, if he wants to stay involved with his dream, pool and not sitting at typewriter all day, even though I guess he's pretty good at that you know ( 80wpm. )

skip that, ,, post everything on the open forum to read. his phone number, the address you sent the cue to etc. someones got to be close to him, hell...if he is within a 100 miles i will do it again. sorry about your cue...
 
These situations are some serious bullshit. He's giving people with the name Justin a bad rep! You gave him an opportunity to live outside his means and he took advantage of it! I hope you don't let this one sour situation change your good nature. We need people like you not just in the pool community, but in society itself.

Don, I looked closely at the pics you posted and will definitely keep my eye out for the cue at the DCC in January. If I see it, I will get in touch with you by PM right away. Your rep here on AZ is pure gold, so I know you will have a bunch of people trying to track down the guy and the cue. Good luck in bringing this to a successful conclusion.
 
This Is Getting OLD

I gave him some red Rep and his second red box, but I don't see how bad Rep is going to affect someone that hasn't posted here in a year.

It seems like there have been a number of longtime AZBers getting it in the shorts lately.... dammit !

The deal was he had three years to pay for the cue. He was also suppose to stay in touch with me on a monthly basis. PM or Email. That was the deal folks. I haven't heard from him since he posted here. He broke the agreement and will not contact me. What should I think folks? He also has my phone number!

It would take a lot more than a little turd to change my nature my friend.
I have been on the path to enlightenment for quite a while. I have a good ways to go though and I know it. That's why I am still with us. :D
The kid just probably doesn't know any better. I believe this forum will get his attention. I asked $700 for a $1,100 cue and gave him 3 years to pay for it. I don't think that should be outside anybodys means. That comes to 64 cents a day. Go figure man.

I am working on it Tommy. I don't feel bad about it. I have enough good things that have happened in my life that if I died today, I would be satisfied. Ya know, if Justin sees all this, it just might make him do the right thing. It ain't about the cue, I have plenty of them.

I have found out that he lives in the Winston/Salem area with his girlfriend. He has divorced his wife. He never went to Iraq and was discharged from the Army for medical reasons. He does not pay child support for his 3 year old daughter. He has spent the last year ripping off everybody he can. He pawned the pool cue I sent him. He can't keep a job. He plays tournaments in the Winston/Salem area. He is a loser in my book. If you see him, tell him that the Purdman says hi! He most likely will be in jail soon.
Such is life for a loser!
