Will the plastic skirts for under a gcI or gcII fit on a GCIII?

Also, does anyone know of a gold crown cue wall rack that is available?

Not really, as they were used to cover up the drop pockets on the 1's and 2's because the rail skirts were to short to do that, so the skirts on the 3's and newer were made longer to do that job.
 
As far as wall racks you might check with Ken at Classic Billiards. If he doesn't have them he may be able to point you in the right direction.
