Hi all,
I might possibly drop by to visit friends around Canada and US.

In Ontario, I will be around Toronto, Oakville, London, and Waterloo.

In California, I will be aroud San Fran, Berkley, and Palo Alto.

Thanks!

Please kindly provide me a comprehensive list of good places, with addresses, to play :) Preferrably no dodgy areas please, I'm just a tourist. :)

I don't know about Ontario, but in the bay area, you should definitely stop by Family Billiards in SF and California Billiards in Mountain View.

sf bay area

If you're going to be in the Berkeley/Emeryville area then stop by The Broken Rack.

If you can travel, I would definitely stop by Family Billiards in San Francisco, California Billiard Club, Shoreline Billiards, and Edgies in Milpitas.

Fast Eddys in Santa Cruz

No trip to vacation in Northern California should be taken without going to Santa Cruz. Home of the UCSC Banana Slugs, Sylvan Music, and in nearby Capitola, Ca FAST EDDYS BILLIARDS. They have some very good players there, you're minutes from the beach, and Santa Cruz in the winter is one of the worlds nicest climates. You don't say whether your camping or staying in Motels. Camping is at New Brighton Beach in Capitola. camp sites right on the ocean, or stay at the boardwalk in Santa Cruz. It's the off season so you can get a room at the Casablanca for about $90. It's a premier place so anything else will be a lot less. Right around the corner are several less expensive places. One problem with going to Santa Cruz, you may never want to leave. I went there to visit a friend of mine early in the last century and moved there the next month.

Ask your question in the Canadian Pool section
What do they have at Master Q's? I've never been there before.

I personally prefer New Times Square (Downtown Toronto), Shooters (North York), Le Spot (Scarborough) and VIP (Scarborough). There's also Annex Billiards (Toronto), The Rio? (formerly LeSkratch, Oshawa) and Big Wigs (Newmarket).

You could do a search somewhere in the Canadian section, I remember a thread somewhere about locations and snooker tables offered. You could use that to find the addresses for any of the above poolhalls I listed.
