Good trip to Tucson

A friend an I took a quick ride up to Tucson yesterday to have some tips replaced. We went to Pockets on Wilmot and just want to say what a great day it was. While the work was being done we play on a 9' GC that was beautiful, super nice equipment. If your ever in Tucson and looking for a place to play I would definately recommend Pockets.

Just wish it was closer to where I'm staying for the Winter.
 
Thanks for the tip Bob. I"ll check it out this spring. We're heading to Tucson in April to buy a house. We will stay here in IL for a couple years before we make the permanent move out there but we're really looking forward to it. Tucson is awesome!
 
You may also want to check out Green Valley if you 55+, nice area
good rec facilities and only about 25 miles from Tucson. We just bought a second house here for dodging the midwest winters. We have pool too but nowhere near the quailty of Pockets.
 
Looks like we're heading back out there in April and I will be sure to check out the place. Hopefully we'll come back to IL with the deed to our 2nd home as well.
 
Lots of nice places available, we just bought a winter home for about
50% of what it sold for new 5 years ago. Got to the point it was cheaper to own than rent.
 
Just telling like it is Lenny:smile:, still thinking about trying to get in a league next year.
