I decided to go in the opposite direction of the "things I'd not like to see", and least favorite this or that. What has HELPED your game from viewing the AZB forums this year. Now, it could be something instructional, a purchase, information (about an opponent), or whatever....

What has literally helped your game (that was AZB forums related)??? :grin:
 
Bar none, switching to a 314-2 shaft.......that and playing a TON of 1-pocket! :)

I get the Predator switch, but why didn't you get into 1 hole before??? GREAT game, now get busy on some full rack banks...also TOO FUN!! :grin:
 
the streams is probably one of my favorite things I woulda never found without coming on here - heck I'm watching OTR right now. Has that helped my game....? Maybe, I've seen shots I normally wouldn't try, and have worked on them a bit, so, YES.
 
I've picked up way to many things to list from coming to this forum. But I'm sure glad its here. As a new player its been invaluable.

Growing up we played 8ball or straight pool. Then after wandering into the world of "real" pool rooms I learned 9ball. The room I played in basically played 14.1 and 9ball....THATS IT!

Now after a million years of the same games I took 1 pocket to heart and really learned the game over the last 2 years.

Banks? I live in the north east! :) I don't think we are allowed to play that up here.....but I'll check :wink:
