Never got caught up in the TITILIST conversation hoopla but this is one of a few that got my heart started!!!

Wowzers!

Well I don't think any less than $2,000.00 to the right buyer in new unplayed condition! I might know someone in Singapore not Raist that wants a ebony titlist by any established cue maker for under $2400.00. Thing is I can't rember his contact info!
If I rember I will give you a ring!
Oh one more thing. Keep it! It is a keeper!

Hi Nick and thank you for your help.
As you already know everything is for sale for the right price.

I play with sw but this titlist hits so solid.

Best regards Vass

ill trade my left ear for it. i dont need my left ear.. its being used too much by the wife anyways... all the nagging...

thats one sweet cue man...

An Ebony conversion goes for $1,250 with a Ivory Rambo ring & Ivory ferrules tops!dd for the inlays and you have the MARKET value on you cue, say 1,500, then add a premium for it being a PFD conversion and you have a $1,750 dollar cue, Shick and Showman conversions can be bought for that money......... It has to be a fancy conversion, done by a TOP builder to break the $2,000 ceiling

I somewhat agree with your valuation...$1750-$2000. However, somewhat disagree with the above. It's going to cost you upwards of $500-$1000 for the blank alone, depending on the quality, unless it's one of them there painted Titlists. IMO, you'd be looking at quite a bit more value were it a Schick or Showman conversion. PFD does great work, but historically the secondary market resale hasn't been much comparable to some of the other big names.

Vass, beautiful cue btw...the veneers came out stellar.

I should have specified a USED Schick or Showman conversion, I personaly know of several that changed hands for $1,800 CuesRus sold a Shick pupleheart conversion to Racist for $1,800

I agree with the above part of your post - the cost of the blank plus the cost of the conversion work rarely equals what you can sell the cue for.

I'm guessing this one brings $1,200-1,400 on ebay, maybe top end if you find someone on AZ who is really interested in it.

if i had the expendable cash i would be glad to pay $1800+ all day long for this cue. not only does the titlist forearm look nice, the inlays done tastefully but since paul did the conversion i know it's on par with anyone doing them.

Based on your custom cue acumen after many years in the game how would you rate this cue if made by Joey, Keith and Paul on:

a) playability
b) market value
c) investment potential
d) execution

I'm considering having one done and value your input.

PM if you prefer:) THANKS

Hi everybody and many thanks for all the kind words about my titlist.

I just ordered a predator shaft to see how it plays.

Paul gave me great price.

I play with sw cue and always liked that pure wood sound most older sw cue do.

The conversion is very very solid and I have some second though to make this cue my playing.

The thing is thta I'm confused due to the fact there is something special about best hitting sw cues.

Anybody any advice which cue should I play with?

Thank you all.

Vass
