Gorst-Biado... LIVE

Thanks. I quite like this champion of champions idea with the exception that…
The 9 ball and 10 ball games should all be long races , not the 3 sets shenanigans!
8 ball champion should have an asterisk 😂

the longer the race the greater the chance the better player will win. which means it loses it audience if you can just guess the outcome.

plus whats the fun of watching games where shooting 90% of shots are just hangers for them.

its like watching water drip out of a faucet.

Interesting take on it. So you advocate short races all the time so that the better player doesn’t always win?
Not sure that will help grow a sport whereby practicing and becoming the best isn’t rewarded by victory
Also, the 9 ball tour is long races and , correct me if I am wrong but there have generally been different winners finalists in most of the tournaments?

I agree and have no problem with the format at all. The better player will almost always win in longer races and will still win most of the shorter races as well.

yes, shorter races are more exciting with each player seemingly to have a chance right to the end in many races.

except for boxing almost all sports that have big viewing audiences have where each game anyone can win. but the best teams usually get to the finals. not always so or who would bother routing for a player or team that didn't have much of a chance.

in pool the top 5 or so dominate all the money but they are fairly close so interest is kept up.

to increase viewers and new players the tournaments need to be exciting. figure out how to do that and watch interest grow.

this format or similar is going to be a hit for viewers. next make it like 9 players in groups of three like this and then have a play off of the three winners of their group.

Feel free to start your own 🤷‍♂️.

Funny how everybody has a better way

This is the lamest possible response. "Well if you don't like it, why don't you quit your job and raise the hundreds of thousands of dollars necessary to start a global pool tour?"

No it's not! Put up your money and prove it works or stop putting others down who are ACTUALLY TRYING.

reading comprehension please. i said this format will be a hit.

but added some input on what i think might improve it in the future.

nothing wrong with that, except for those on the attack.
