I was playing this fellow yesterday spotting him the last 3 and wild 7.We where playing some cheap sets not gambling to high.Anyway there was about 6 people watching the match.
Im down 4 to 1 going to 5 and i ask a freind of mine i will bet you 20 on the side that i win this set?He replys no but i will bet you a beer.
Just 10 minutes before this i offered to buy everyone around our table a drink and he didnt want one.I told him this ,he says well i will bet you a beer now.
The score now is 4 to 4 last game.I play a half way good safe but he hits it and leaves me not a real hard but a shot that had to have some touch on it.
Im out,,,,,,,,,,,, i thought.Im down on the shot i take a couple strokes and guess who appears in my veiw ,Yep and hes got a bad case of poison ivy.I stop and look at him, he turns away but dosnt stop the itching commotion.Im back down on the shot, hes not moving now.Im getting ready pull the trigger and it starts again but now im thinking im going make him pay for this $hit and run out anyway.
I made the ball but dogged the shape and had to play safe.
The guy i was playing makes a good hit and the ball go,s 6289 times around the table and $hit the 9 in.
He,s laughing now.I tell him, you did all that over a beer i was going to buy you first.
Got shark ,lost my cash and had to by him a beer.
