I was thinking about the dilemma That the United States pro players have Concerning financial support. I know in other countries the government gives financial aid to the top players. Maybe the answer is to look to state government. it would be a good idea to convince a state to be supported pool players that their state could be the next hot bed for a professional sport. It would also in so many ways help state economy. If the billiard community would try to get one state to jump on the ban wagon others will follow. I think the opportunity for a state to be first to go in a different direction than the same o sports. To be what Chicago was to pool in the fifties at the state level. With the pool n playerss traveling over here to play that's gotta be good for local economy to a point. just imagine the Filipinos having conversations of why the players in Kentucky are the best in the world. The billiard community does not need a handout he needs opportunity. State run tournamentS at the local level. State champions Having more prestige then world champion. That's my thought for today.
