Great news for St. Louis!

I am not going anywhere. I can get played all over the country. When I come back I will ask Lou to play first. When he declines, which he will, then I will decide who else I want to play.

Y'all are free to head west as well.

:D :D :D :thumbup2:

Sorry, John; couldn't resist when I saw that thread title.

-Sean <-- such a trouble-maker! ;)

I'd love to see a whole new breed of players show up there. The young ones that like a good challenge, aren't afraid of a tough table and don't whine about weight. Being so close to Lindenwood, that might happen.

Your worst nightmare is that I will agree to play you again.

You'll pop-up and stipulate conditions that'll make my only sensible choice to not play. Just as a for instance: I told you a long time ago I wouldn't play 10 ahead but that's the game you keep bringing up anyway. It'll go something like that.

Or maybe we'll agree to play and you can manage to get yourself into a fight right before and call me from the hospital that the match is off.

No it's my biggest personal pool wish. 10 ahead for $20,000. That's what I will ask you to play and that is that you will refuse.

IF you ever make that proffer, you will make the conditions of the bet insufferable, no doubt.

That is a bold bet. Will that be nine ball or what? I would love to see that one streamed. Come on Lou, you have home field advantage.

The game will be one pocket. The match will most likely never happen because when I show up to play Lou will decline.

But when I show up that will be the game I want. 10 ahead for $20,000.

When I show up and Lou declines then many others in St. Louis will get the opportunity to win some money. But Lou has first right to duck.

Wow! I may have to revisit that place.

My wife and I went once when we first moved to the area. We walked in with our cases, looked around the room while still standing at the front door, chuckled, and left. It had the atmosphere of a college dive bar.

My wife and I both grumbled all the way back to the car about how much of a waste of time it was to even go there and we haven't been back since.

Looks like they're making some strides though.

Looks like a pool hall now I also hear there gonna do some other things like paint walls ect they took out all the college stuff all tables can't wait for the first tourney

The thing that really threw me was the batting cage. My wife and I looked at one another and we both had the same look; "Oh no. We must leave posthaste." Lol.

I'm interested now though. Might just turn out to be a good spot.

My only "complaint" would be the ventilation. Smoke kinda hangs in there - but from what I hear, that'll be a null-issue come January 1st. *shrug* But, the tables, the layout, even the
prices, are all great!
