This is a repete post but I just wanted to share how good this match is, Its 12-12 right now, the pace has slowed down and they settled in good,

They have Ronnie Wiseman and Scott Frost in the booth, they are good commentators, a bit rough in a good way, and they have great talk about all the shots-GREAT learning tool. Since i'm learning 1P thos is great, they are calling the shots/english everything. I'm buying the video too.

Seriously i know this sounds like a pitch and it is because its great pool!! I wouldnt plug it like this if is wasnt great, they played 9 games in just under 4 hours today and are only about half done, there will be 8 to 10 more hours to go before its over, check it out:

God Lord! FB, is that a misprint? I think everyone expected a slug-fest, but it sounds more like a duck and parry match!

they sure have slowed down and that has put Tony on tilt.

Those of you who didn't purchase the stream missed some great 1p.

Tomorrow will be a phenomenal match. Could be legendary...don't miss it!!

Gabe beat Tony the last 8 out 9 games and starts tomorrow leading 16 to 13 in a race to 25. Tony was crying about the table and slow play by Gabe. I did not know that other pool players cryed like I do when I get my ass kicked.

=)

As of now who ever is controlling the pace is winning... Tony controlled it yesterday and won.. And he started off Strong today.. but Gabe wasnt havnt it.. and slowed and squezzed t rex til he was on tilt.. I predict If gabe keeps the squeeze on.. T Rex will be nothing but a fossil.. But I hope its 25 22 so I can beat the line.. =)

I was only able to see a part of one game, by the time i got home in about an hour and a half Tony was up 4-1 on day two. I got to watch most of the next game but couldn't stay till the end was amazed to see Gabe up when i came home, now definetely gonna have to buy the video, it'll be worth anyway just for Frost and Wiseman's commentary.

I watched the interview with Tony at the end of the day's play. It would make great dialogue for a "Saturday Night Live" skit. I could just see Dana Carvey playing Tony's character crying about having to play with "babies" like Gabe; and Tony said if he knew it was going to be a circus, he wouldn't have showed up. Boo hoo hoo. :-( Seriously, I feel Tony was very disrespectful of Gabe and needs to grow up a little if he wants to play in the Big League. :-)

Huge day for one pocket. I'm glad these two are going to 'settle' it today. But I'm not so sure about your over/under line of the length. My feeling is after a couple of nights of playing Tony should realize that he is not going to outmove Gabe. He should realize that his only recourse is to shoot at his first opportunity, sell out or not. This strategy is his best chance and could go either way. The problem with this strategy is Gabe knows what Tony wants to do and has apparently figured out places to leave the cue ball and object balls that Tony doesn't like. No matter the outcome, the finish should be great.

Gabe playes SOOOOOO SLOOOOOOW

even though I'm rooting for T-Rex ( I like his style of 1p) He knew going in that he was NOT playing someone like Frost. His "wide open" style of play would only work if he was nailing the flyers. Gabe playes SOOOOOO SLOOOOOOW but that's just the way he does it. It's always interesting in 1pkt when opposing styles pair up. If Tony will restrain himself I still think he can get to the shot first. IF he will make the one he shoots at, he can win this thing no matter how slow gabe plays. Tony has more fire power (1pkt specifically) and I still think he CAN out move Gabe.. .he's just not doing it and Gabe's torturing him with it. When it was 12-8 Trex I was thinking.. Ok, day 2 is OVA~ but gabe put the grind on him. Tony should not be whining about it though, he knew full well what he was getting into playing Gabe
