Hi, All.

I recently purchased, and just received, a wonderful cue from Ken Kerner (HighEndCues). As I live in Canada, it can sometimes be a bit nerve-racking getting delicate and pricey items here quickly and safely from the States. However, Ken was a pleasure to talk with on the phone, and definitely went the extra mile to see I was well taken care of. I am sure everyone has has deals, both as buyers and sellers, when they felt things did not go as smoothly or as fairly as they would have liked. Ken was definitely NOT of these experiences, and was one of the most professional and considerate sellers I have ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to spend healthy dollars with Ken again, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy. Thanks again, Ken.

Bender cue

Hi, Ralf.

I hope you have been well. Indeed I did buy Ken's Bender and it is awesome, both to look at and to play with. I try to use all of my cues relatively equally, and will certainly be putting some mileage on this one. I owned a nice Bender several years ago and always wanted another one, but pretty high end. It wasn't until this one came up that a) I really loved the look of and b) had the money saved. As I mentioned ealrier, Ken was a great guy to deal with and I couldn't be happier with this cue, especially on the table.
