I just received a very nice cue from Jeff Duke to complete his portion of our transaction. Jeff was very easy to deal with, packaged the cue very well, and expedited the shipment. I highly recommend him for any of those of you contemplating a transaction with him. Joe

where is my cue at Bamacues? you got the one I sent you, and I still have nothing to show for my cue and my money. I do what I say I'm going to do, but so-far I have yet to see your end of our deal

Should be there soon, Jeff. Shipped USPS Priority Mail on Monday, 22 May, Delivery Confirmation/Insurance # 0503 8555 7490 2636 8163. Today is Wednesday, 24 May and I would have thought it would have reached you in the same amount of time it took yours to get here, but obviously, it didn't.

If it doesn't show up by tomorrow, let me know and I will check the post office to see where it is.

just got back from the post office. they won't leave it with anyone but me, and God only knows when this guy will re-deliver, so I am going to take a vacation day from work tomorrow to pick it up (all the way there again) from them. this is for the birds. I do work through the day so my signing for anything before 3:30 is out of the question. why the "signature confirmation" anyways? why can't they leave it with my grandmother like everything else?

Jeff, they should have left you a slip which you can sign and authorize them to leave it at your address/etc. Your mailman has to be giving you a tough time if he doesn't want to do it that way. Insurance required the delivery confirmation, I believe...Joe

as I was told before I have the patience of a gnat so I called the post office again after 5pm when all carriers are back. I talked to a couple of people and found a guy willing to help me retrieve my cue. well...I have it and my opinion is in another thread, but after a refinish I think it'll be ok and that "nick" taken out of the buttcap isn't as bad as it was portrayed in the pic. the shaft is a LITTLE thin, but for an old used cue it's not bad. I just hope it really is straight. we'll see tonight. thanks Bamacues

Jeff,
As I said in the other thread, make certain that you like the cue. It is a very nice cue in played condition. It is obvious that someone really liked the play of this cue. If you have it refinished, no doubt it will be a sweet, sweet cue.
If you decide you don't like it, I have no problem reversing the deal. I played with the cue a little, and I thought it played very nicely, but everyone has a different opinion. Joe
