Just treat people right and I believe you will get the same in return.You were a perfect gentleman in our deal and I would not hesitate to do more deals with you.Why don't you go back to your "real" handle and go from there. I have no idea what happened to make you change,but give it a trial. Don't get me wrong I'm not weak. Don't mistake kindness for being weak because I'm along way from it. I just think you deserve a break. Let's face it,there are people whom have done much worst than you and I have no idea what you did?

thanks tommie had change in internet company and it was set up in my wifes name, for all azers iam sure most of you know its me{manny} i know i made poor judgement calls in the past and i learned from it i have had 3-4 transaction in the last few weeks and all went well so all i could do is ask for a 2nd chance :grin: :grin:

Well Tommie, you swam with a shark and didn't get bit.
If someone had p.m'd him 5 minutes after you did and offered just $3 more for the case, he would not have returned your pm/ call.
That is how he operates.
And of course he is going to have some "normal" transactions that go smoothly, but its a roll of the dice.
This is not a second chance he is asking for, this is a 4th 5th and 6th.
It is a shame you did not look into his past transactions very closely, by dealing with him, and now giving him positive rep, you have set the stage for someone in the not to distant future to get screwed by him.

Most people know your M.O. and wont deal with you. But lucky for you there will always be people who will not do any basic history on you. You'll probably have a good deal on a case, and the transaction will go smoothly, and they will probably leave you positive feedback, not knowing what all the fuss is about.

mbnow it seems your still haveing issue with our transaction just answer one thing, when you bought the ae cue and was not happy after i offered to replace the ferule,tip of your choice and you declined then i offered to ''BUY BACK THE CUE'' why did you not want to return the cue just give me an answer ? maybe it could have saved you a ''LOT'' of whying

manny i think you should pm wilson and tell him to get rid of one of your user names. multiple user names is a big no no around here. if you want to stay around just stick with the barrosm name and tell wilson to delete this name or you wont have to worry about banning yourself. he will do it for you
At the beginning of our transaction when i still had faith that you were going to do the right thing, you said " matt i will send you the money ($150), and send me back the damaged shaft"
I then sent you my address to ship the money.
Thinking you were actually sending the money, i went and contacted AE cues and ordered a new shaft for the cue.
After i had ordered it i pm'd you and said "manny i have ordered a new shaft from AE for $250, have you sent the money yet?"
your response was " i could have got the shaft for $200".
now read very carefully manny so you understand this part:
Your offer to "BUY BACK THE CUE" came AFTER i told you i had ordered a new shaft from AE. That is a typical sleaze move by you.
In fact your pm says you will buy back the cue with the new shaft at no extra cost to you.
The offers to repair the ferrul and clean the shaft also came after my shaft purchase and only came about when people were referencing our transaction as a reason for not doing business with you.
Your temporary willingness to do the right thing is not motivated by anything other than self promotion. Which is why it is temporary, and your shady way of conducting business gets exposed time after time.
Your perpetual lying in almost all circumstances shows me this really runs deeper and probably hides some bigger issues that need more professional help.
