Green Fees In Pro Events

What is the norm, or currently agreed acceptable percentage, of entry fee for green fees these days? Is it 10%? 20%? Would you play in an event that took more than 30% green fees?

What is it at the US Open, DCC, or World Pool Championships?

No green fees at the Open or WPA events.
