Very cool indeed. I saw a grizzly mini lathe on sale on craigslist few days ago. I'm buying it and setting it up similar way like yours.

I got a full size Grizzly at work, but with mini i can set up a small pro shop at home.

Is it possible to take some closer pictures? I need to steal some ideas :)

I'm gonna guess that anyone who sees what you have done with that machine will feel pretty comfortable with you doing work on their cue.

Thanks Jim.......It was harder work to find all the hardware.Putting it together was the easy part.

extension adapter made from two pieces of derlin sandwich between a precision bearing.....concave/taper

Made from two pieces of derlin sandwich between a precision bearing.
Concave on one side and tapered on the the other so you can flip flop on your extension.
