Yep, couple of good guesses. It's part of a TrueStroke bridge training aid. This thing was inside a case pocket in a collection that I recently bought, and we were scratching our heads wondering what the heck it was....lol.

One is on ebay right now......item #320998901928. Can't get the link to work.
