GulyAassy PHX SHAFTS

After a considerable length of time spent shooting pool with a Gulyassy cue and enjoying every moment I can say with total confidence that I feel that you would be very happy shooting pool with one .
I feel there's a bit of a learning curve to find what will make this or any cue truly shine but once you figure it out you'll be glad you did !

Are your Gulyassy cues or shafts PHX models?

No none are the sledgehammer shaft has a X on it and the one regular shaft just has his MG on it and the original is plane unmarked and if it once was maybe it was removed if that shaft was refinished .
I should also add that I bought both cues second hand one is a 2005 Sledgehammer and my playing cue is a 2010 .

With that said , I feel that no matter which shaft you pick you will be very happy with it and the way it hits a cue ball and delivers english and spin any missed shot was me not doing my part no I'll spare you the details I can't believe I was so forgetful ! But its been a crazy past month for me and hopefully it calms down soon !

I was wondering because the PHX butts and shafts are cored with phenolic.

No worries here as I've mentioned many times as long as I do my part the MG cue darn sure will hold up the bargain and then some .
Which you may feel the same way about you're cues Mike made . I'm sure every other cue maker has customers who will say the same thing about their finished product then it boils down to which cue appeals to you more than the others ha ha that's where the real challenge lays !
