Get your TVU ready. The Malaysian leg of the Guinness Tour is starting tomorrow, April 4 to 6. Here is the LIVE broadcast schedule: I have converted the time to US Eastern time:

Fri, 04 April, 2008 5.00 am Joven Bustamante (PHI) vs Naoyuki Oi (JAP)
6.30 am (HKT) Ibrahim Amir (MAS) vs Antonio Gabica (PHI)
8.00 am (HKT) Jung-Lin Chang (TPE) vs Jian-Bo Fu (CHN)

Sat, 05 April, 2008 starting from 12.00 am to 6 am (9 pm, Friday in west coast) Quarterfinals (4 Matches)

Sun, 06 April, 2008 from 12.00 am to 4:30 am Semifinals & Finals (3 Matches

Dennis Orcullo who is in a winning streak, is grouped together with CS Yang. This is the first time they will face each other since their challenge match. I know Dennis is hoping to get revenge and this should be an exciting match-up. Only 1 player out of 3 in a group can advance to the quarterfinals. Unfortunately, unless they change the tv schedule, this exciting match-up will not be on the tv table.

Great, another weekend of asian Sopcast. What do you think the chances of are seeing a Guinness beer commercial? lol

SOPCAST - no Star Sports channel anymore?

For those who have SOPCAST, can you verify if you still can find the Star Sports channel? It seems to have vanished in my version 2.0.4. However, since I already had saved it as one of my favourite channels before, I tried to connect and it is telling me that 'the channel is offline now'. What about TVU?

Do not lose hope. I have been reading the instructions in TVU and it says that the channels will appear (if they are not there already) before the event starts. The games will start at 4:30 am (30 minute introduction), then 3 LIVE matches starting at 5 am , Friday, US EST.

Lucky you. I forgot you are in HK. We can only rely on SOPCAST and TVU here in the US.

Whoever picked the games for the tv table for the preliminaries do not know what they are doing. Anyway, all 4 quarterfinal games will be aired live tomorrow and also on the third day for the 2 semifinals and final matches.

Look for the Star Sports channel and click to connect. It is not in SOPCAST yet as of this time. We have 7 hours yet before the games start so it might appear before then. Or it could be in TVU. Let us just wait and see.

It should be under 'live channels' under 'sports test channel group'.
 
spoke to soon.are you seeing-live channels- under-sports test channel group?i'm not.do i have to download anything?
