Wanted a radial joint butt.
Trapped this "Banly" in the wilds of the Amazon. (Arrived 20oz, including the preinstalled 2oz weight bolt)
Expected the shaft to disappoint....but after 4 hours of play, to my surprise deflection is super low, damn near equal to my 11.8 revo. $220, Amazin!!

This might be an option seeing how you did yours. Getting PVC or other material tubing that I can tap the threads into without having a lathe could work. Just need to work the OD to fit in the butt end which wouldn't be too hard. Have to checkout that Crical extension with adapters which might fit some of my other cues.SPJLW
Added an extension for the extra length.
Using a shim, eliminating the need to modifify (thread) the butt.
Extension is 2 inches. 2.1 ounces. Cue 20oz total.
I remove it for 1 pocket.
The extra adapters that can be used for other cues is a bonus.

You are experiencing the best thing about a CF shaft compared to most wood shafts, and that is the energy from YOUR stroke transferred more efficiently, there are some wood shafts that do a great job but CF shafts do it more reliably, Becue shafts are designed specifically to transfer energy more efficiently, add their full CF butt and you will see even more, CF is used in cycling, golf clubs, tennis racquets and many other uses.
