The AF did a decent job showing this cue and it's awesome details. I like it that you did use bigger F/ setting (I have no idea what is its name in English) so that the every side of the picture is sharp not only where the focus is.

It is a great sight seeing the figure of the wood in the butt sleeve - of course this cue has many more to look at but that shows very nice as well.

Before anyone comes on here claiming how good their cue looks they should take a look at this first!!!!!

The picture of the butt sleeve is unbelievable. When you look at the veneer box on the side of the cue, it almost looks 3 dimensional. Ron's work is always a pleasure to see.
 
Still have your original pictures of when the cue was on the lathe to view once in a while.
Great looking cue.
The latest pictures are great.
 
Ron's veneered boxes and boxed points are amongst if not the best you'll see.........very nice work..........

I have to agree with this statement 1,000%

From the moment I saw a Haley cue for the first time, it was the cleanliness of each aspect, ESPECIALLY the veneer work!

And these close-ups provided here (thanks, by the way) illustrate this perfectly. Those mitred veneers are amazing! I'm jealous of this cue's owner!

IMO, Ron is making the prettiest most tasteful cues at the moment! Everything from the colors, design, and execution is as perfect as humanly possible.

His heroes are Ernie & Shick. You can certainly see this influence in the designs.
