The Billiard Congress of America (BCA) Hall of Fame welcomes four-time and reigning world champion Carlo Biado of the Philippines into the sport’s most prestigious club. Still one of the game’s most dangerous players, Biado, 41, recently captured the 2025 WPA World 9-Ball Championship title in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He becomes the sixth Philippines-born player to be elected to the Billiard Congress of America Hall of Fame, following Filipino legends Efren Reyes (2003), Francisco Bustamante (2010), Jose Parica (2014), Alex Pagulayan (2019) and Dennis Orcollo (2022). 2025 BCA Hall of Fame Tickets on Sale Now!
St. Augustine, FL – The Billiard Congress of America will host its 2025 Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday, November 22, at 5:00 PM at the Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village during the International Open.

This year’s ceremony will honor Carlo “The Black Tiger” Biado, celebrating his outstanding career, including the 2025 World 9-Ball Championship, 2024 World 10-Ball Championship, and multiple international titles.

Tickets are $95 per person or $760 for a table of eight. Seating is limited, and the event is expected to sell out.
