Happy World Elephant Day!!!!

Oh, wake up. Elephants are NOT starving themselves to extinction. Do some research and then come back and talk intelligently on a subject you know nothing about except what you read from a pool forum. geez pt, I really thought you were smarter than this, I guess your sly little comments from time to time were just masking you really don't have much else to say. My last post of this thread. Enjoy your ignorance, I hear it's bliss.

And what is it you would know about elephants, other than what you gleaned off the internet and your trips to the zoo with your mommy, you unmitigated know-it-all.
My guess is your stock in foreign chalk just took a nose dive after this little display.

Conservation

I believe in conservation. Using science to manage game populations is the best method.

Unfortunately elephants, like Alaska's wolves, are often managed by emotion, petitions, judges and politicians influenced by different groups with agendas.

I am a bit tainted. Being a 50 year Alaskan that moose and caribou hunts almost every year does that to you. I like it.

This is pretty close to the way I feel.
But there are over seven billion people in this world now....
...did anybody think the buffalos were going to keep roaming?

I think it's disgusting what happened to the passenger pigeons...
...so I am on the side of conservation.

Although if someone killed all the snakes, I wouldn't complain...
...Ireland and Newfoundland aren't suffering for not having any.

Thanks for the RED greenie RJ. It just goes to show what a self-centered ass you truly are.
If you think that you can get away with disrespecting one of the best posters on this forum, as well as a good friend of mine, then you thought wrong.

Actually, I can and I did. PT and I are still friends. Go ask him. I don't take stuff on the internet personally. I disagreed with him. Good poster or not, I have the right. I did it respectfully enough, until you starting blabbering incoherently, upset that I dared to cross swords with pt 109.

I seriously doubt pt took anything I said as "disrespect". Nobody can bat a thousand, and he swung and missed on one in imho. no biggie. It happens. I have swung and missed a lot as well, and he's told me so when it happens. Hope you feel better.

And no, I'm not gong to lose chalk sales as you indicated. I can't imagine a grown man or woman saying, "hey, we can't buy chalk from that guy, he likes elephants, and insists they should not be killed for sport and/or their tusks, he MUST be some out of control freak or possibly an ISIS member" ????

And if I do, I'm not worried in the least. It's just chalk, damn good chalk, but just chalk.
More important things in the world, right ? Chalk is not "life and death", we can't say the same thing about other stuff !
