Hard copy version of "Controlled Aggression"?

I'm in for a copy.
For numbering, I think you should pick a handful of people (people who have taught you and/or helped you along the way) and reserve 5 or 10 for them (EDIT - and maybe put a personal note to them) and let the rest just work itself out.

This list includes folks from Onepocket.org, AZB, and Facebook, These are the only locations I have announced my intentions.
If you see a "like" by me on your post then you know you have been added to the list.
The list is constantly growing so if you wish a copy I would suggest you get on the list before I reach the 100 mark.
