Has anyone ever heard of Huebler RII series?

Has anybody ever heard of huebler RII series cues, the RII-10 specifically?
When were they made?
Sale price new?
Current value in excellent condition?
The cue I am considering has a rosewood forearm, natural maple points with black, green, blue and black veneers, the wrap is black linen and the butt is natural maple with large rosewood and natural maple rectangles bordered by ebony outlines. From what I know of Huebler it's Bobinga, African Rosewood that is used.
The cue is stamped with "Heubler Made in the USA" in a white synthetic butt.
