6 point butterfly cue
i've seen 2', 4's & 8's
no 6's to my knowledge
i been fooling around with this
the first attempt went to the trash
here's the second try
one of the long points is off about a 1/4"
this is still 100/1000ths oversize, so i hope i can adjust my center to correct that
considering i dont have an index head, a milling machine or a cnc, i'm pretty happy (95% happy :D) with it
i'm going to change a few things on the next one, will make the 3 shorter points shorter, about 4 or 5 inches, and keep the long ones about 9" as these are

his computer is slower then me at building cues. he wont open an email with an attachment. lol
that's dennis!!!
with this one being the "prototype" so to speak, i used scraps and such
i wish i woulda fancied it up with some more colors now

I've done 3 points over 3 butterfly's, but never 6 straight butterflies.
Can't wait to see the final product. Bumping six is a challenge. Especially with the compound ones that you have.

Well I never thought of my cues as being c...., but I have to admit I have never built a perfect one yet. So you have ruined my cue making career or at least my self esteem. :)
Just like for all these years I thought I was a fair "B" player until I bought this book from a girl named Sam, called "You Might Be a D player if....." and after reading it I have to admit I am a certified D player. :)
