Has anyone heard how Crown Cues doing?? Since all the bad weather around OK. is Gene still building cues?

Hey!

The weather has been about as unbearable as it can get!! The temp in the workshop (in the mornings) was getting up to around 130 degrees. Gene wasn't home to check it in the evenings, due to having a regular job. He had a cue that was within a week of delivery when the temps shot up. That guy has had to wait all summer, now. Hopefully, we'll have it ready to send to him in another couple of weeks, now that the weather is starting to act somewhat normal.

On top of all the weather issues, our son has been in chemo treatments and spending almost more time in the hospital than out of it. We have had to watch grandkids all summer. Not at all complaining about that, except there is no time to do much else. With the weather like it has been, we might as well have had to watch the kids, tho.

We are still alive and kicking. A lot of stuff going on, this year. A LOT more than I've mentioned here. Computers, deaths in the family, car problems, etc.. Gotta keep on smilin' tho, right? At least we're trying! Not giving up!

Okay. Time for me to get back to work. I have to send a guy some pics, tonight. Gonna have the grandkids in another 8 hours, so I have to get some sleep, as soon as I send those pics! I'll try to stop back in and check some more of the forum, soon. I haven't had time.
