Has Earl Strickland ever commentated on his own match?

I like watching the matches that earl comments on and was curious if he has commented on any of his own matches?

Clearly, I'm referring to the ones where he does voice overs, not live matches ;)

Thanks in advance.

CONSTANTLY, with anyone and everyone that will listen!

I should add that I was his Ed McMahon one time. It was at the Carolina Open at Fast Eddie's. As soon as Earl got me involved my two buddies melted away laughing as they slid off like snakes.

I was stuck. Me and Earl chatting away for a good 45 minutes. I finally got free by telling him I had to take a wizz.. Then I snuck away like the other two snakes before me..

Love that Earl though, he is a true old school pool character!!

you should watch the sigel vs strickland accustats match. "legends" something. unbearable, even for earl.

I have a VHS tape of Mike Sigel and Nick Varner, they're all smoking and talking during the match, it's pretty fun to watch. I don't have a VHS player anymore so haven't watched it in years.

I think he means similar to what Grady and buddy hall did/ they commentated on one of their matches.

Those are called Player Review tapes on Accu-Stats, I think they are marked with a PR in the video part number. There are several aside from Grady, Miz does one, Archer, Shmidt does one for straight pool https://store.accu-stats.com/john-schmidts-player-review-169-2008-accu-stats-14-1-invitational/

I took at peek on their site, but they don't list them separately, but I think the did at one point. Now you need to just click through them all to find them.
