Head Cam HD Straight Pool run of 66 on YouTube, by Max Eberle

Cool. I should have a Go Pro Hero 3 here very soon. Going to do the same thing with it, as well as other angles so I can actually see for myself what I am doing. Apparently it can take up to a 120 frames per second, depending on what quality you shoot in.

Other than being a bit dizzying at times, very cool. You can see how many shots are made using some form of english & just where the tip placement is.

How much does that type of camera cost & what is it, a Go Pro Hero 3 & where can you get it?

Max always puts out informative stuff. I've joined the free portion of his On-line Pool Academy, but I plan on upgrading to the nominal fee.

Love the videos, Max.

He's also a nice guy, if you ever get the chance to meet him.

damn, i always wanted to do this, picking up a couple of go pros later this month

66? He ran more balls than that playing 9b with me last time.

Must be an off day.

Definitely an off day for Max!

Maybe the weight of the cam caused his neck muscles to tire out and lose focus on the last shot???

[Just saw the end of the video...batteries probly ran out]

Man Max, that head cam was a great idea. Allows folks to see your stroke. We get to see what you are seeing.

I learned something just watching. Cool.

For instructors that are teaching CTE, Pro1 or the See Systems this is the only way to go.

Be nice to have Eric Clapton music next time.

Thanks for the link.

Genius! Great work from Max, plus a very nice looking room. It looks almost like there's a little bar table over on one side of the room as well?

Watching this some more I would be even better if there was a second static camera setup somewhere, so you could see both the full table layout as well as the actual shots. Might be a great way to record and review practice sessions.

Wonder if anyone else caught the great little aiming trick Max did in the second rack? Also fwiw that is Max's art all around the walls for those that don't already know that.

Are you talking about the acute angle on the 5 ball in the bottom right corner around 6:00? I get that he is looking at contact point, but what exactly is he doing moving the cue on the parallel line?

Nice video Max, Thanks! Very cool. Also the art is sweet too!
