This is Don Lundy{pulzcul} @ The Edge in Helena,Montana.Bringing you our own Action Report from the armpit of the pool world.Were playin' 8Ball on 7 footers with new Siminos. Good equipment and alot of good players. Notables in attendance are Jeff Boucher,Damion{shortstop from Salt Lake},Nick Kruger{Bad Boy from Canada},Pete Quande from Missoula{Cueball},Brett VanVost{burnt toast},AZer and local Hero BigSkyJake{Hurricane},and my friend Chad Sylvester{The Disco Duck}.I'll be back after I play my first match!

Wish the guys luck and thanks. We got to talking Thursday, etc. and I still have the fiber. Let me know an address to mail to (pm) or if you all want to stop Sunday thats fine.
 
Update!! Jeff"now known as 'Showstopper' Boucher wins along with Pete,Dan Hamper{Big D.},Jake,Damion Pongpanik,Nick,Toast and a bunch I don't know.:cool:

Hey Don from Kalispell.....Sorry I thought you were "Cheese". Have you found out the top finishers? Just wondering because I used to live in Missoula and know alot of those guys. I live down here next to Dallas now. I try to stay tuned to what is happening in the pool arena in the Montana area.

Sharknu...Out of the Missoula boys, only Fudsy would have ANY chance to beat Jeff Boucher...and that would be a small chance on a barbox. On a 9' it could well be a different story. I lived in Msla for 3 yrs, and Bozeman for 20. :D

Well...if you want to take a little trip to MT, I could certainly arrange a barbox match for ya...say $5K?:D Oh, and just fyi, Jeff has never lived in Missoula. He lived in Helena for many years, and moved to Bozeman a couple of years ago.

LOL....I know that Jeff has never lived in Missoula. Your on!! When I get up there I will let you know!! What I meant by saying I know alot of players up there meant I know alot from all over Montana. I used to go to tourneys in the Great Falls and surrounding areas. Tell Jeff hi for me when you see him. Name is Craig...also when you want to bring him to the Dallas area to gamble....let me know and I can hook him up with a few down here. I know how good he is....he is a Montana legend. I better get practicing for him. Time is on my hands now!!! LOL

Oh and by the way

We mainly play on 9 footers down here. Except for the BCA and Vnea leagues. Gambling we play on 9 footers. Tell him to get a practicing on 9 footers. LOL

I remember a time

when we went to a tourney in I think in either Anaconda or Deerlodge.....It was a doubles tourney. I can't recall the race....I think his partner was Dan Hamper. We broke the first rack. I think it was alternating breaks and the only shots we had were the breaks. We broke and didn't make anything on any of our breaks. They beat us like 5-0. That was torture!!! He and Dan are both great players! Will never forget that tourney!

Does that player from Butte

still play around there. I can't remember his name. He has dark hair. He claimed he was the monk of pool and that the books by the monk were written based on his playing days. Do you know who I am talking about?
