Hey JCIN,
Your mailbox was full. I was wondering when the new Alex and SVB dvd is comming out. Also do you have any of the " Got Action" shirts left........Thanks Ron
 
I am going to start editing the footage today. I figure it will take about 3 hours of editing for every hour of finished footage actually on a DVD plus the time it takes to design and produce the cover art. I am guessing that there will be around 24 hours of footage to edit and convert so just figure about 80 hours of work to get a master copy of the DVD set.

I would like to have the set up for sale and ready to go by next week. At roughly 2 hours per disc I am guessing this will be a 10-14 disc set that will sell for $99.95 with a little something extra thrown in for an introductory deal.

194 games of Alex vs Shane with a lead change at 92-92. I was there for it all but I am still excited to see it again. It was truly a sick match.
 
WOW I didnt realize that it took so much work to edit it. I cant wait to see it. Did you have any "got action" shirts left....Thanks Ron

We do have some left but only in a few sizes. Chad is going to go through and inventory all we have left and we are going to update the store. It should be a couple of days. I am going to get the video started and he is going to catch up on all the orders that have been placed while we were on the road.

The video has to have titles overlayed (scoreboard, logo, commentator names, begining and ending credits) rendered and converted to MPEG 2 and then the DVD has to be designed and burnt and the cover art printed, cut and inserted into the case. After I finish with the master I will take it to Chad and he will replicate the master discs and assemble, pack and ship the discs. If we outsourced the work I can not even begin to imagine what a 10 disc set would cost to make and what we would have to charge.

We have no plans to and no one has contacted us. With gas at $4+ a gallon I am not sure we could anyway.

If they were to call and say "Bring your stuff we will pay your expenses" we would have think about it but I seriously doubt that will happen.
