Helmstetter Age?

I have had mixed stories on this H-1 Helmstetter. The Bluebook says 1995, but I think it is much older. Don at Competition thought maybe mid 70's. Anyone have a clue, is the bluebook way off on this one?

You may want to send an email to Bobby at: adamcueco@aol.com . If he doesn't know or can't find it in his catalogs he will forward the pictures to Japan and they will reply usually within a day or so. So far they have been able to identify evey Helmstetter and Adam cue that I have sent them; and there have been some pretty rare ones including samples.

just by looking at the signature.. i would wager a guess at it beinga newer adams helmstetter probably 90's...... i believe the old ones that were made by helmstetter himself were hand signed not that gold transfer...
