Can’t find the model number of the cue or the value if you have any information please help
Gave up the Westwood/SW finally??Can’t find the model number of the cue or the value if you have any information please help
The Helm's that bring any real money are the Japanese-made VIP's and the signed-and-numbered Limited Editions. The OP's cue may be a Japanese made one but without the 'Made in Japan' sticker it can be hard to tell.I'm thinking around $1,500, maybe a little more, if it has a case.
it was “topcat1953” but he did not have one like yours. GOOGLE may be your friend In a time of need.Try doing a search in the for sale section as someone on here posted about a dozen helmstetters for sale a long time ago. You might find it in his post. I think it was member “atthecat” but can’t be positive.
Bwahahahahahahaha!!!....... funny on so many levelsDon't know if you can search banned members, but there was a clown on here with passion for cheap imports of unknown origin. His name is Justin Bryson.
I have looked at all the catalogs and it’s not in any of themTry doing a search in the for sale section as someone on here posted about a dozen helmstetters for sale a long time ago. You might find it in his post. I think it was member “atthecat” but can’t be positive.

That doesn't mean anything. Have you seen EVERY catalog/brochure they ever made? Do you know if its Chinese or Japanese? Look, you have a cue worth about 300bux IF in mint cond. Tops. Not some rare cue. BTW, i have no idea who you are but your posts/questions have a distinctive 'JustinB' ring to them. Please, if you are not him don't follow his steps by bugging the shit out of people asking for values on every random cue you find in a pawn shop.I have looked at all the catalogs and it’s not in any of them

Hey now, i said 'if' and 'please'.Why are you such a prick
You've been a member for almost a year and all you've done so far is price shopped two cues that aren't worth much. We've seen this act before. Why are you such a prick

They aren't worth that much. You see ones nicer than this(Japanese) on Ebay for 5-600 and they just sit there. Ones like this, if Japanese, and near mint might bring 450 with the right buyer. If this is a Chinese model its worth 275-300tops. Here's one that's been on-off ebay for quite a while:https://www.ebay.ca/itm/36365986890...d=link&campid=5335988529&toolid=20001&mkevt=1 Never going to get that price. The cue you have looks almost exactly like the one I have which is a model number 87-16. These were Japanese made during the mid 90’s and sold for around $500+ in that period of time. The Helmstetter name on mine has worn off over the years from buffing the butt on lathe so many times. Try to google that model number and see what you come with. I‘d say that cue is probably worth around $600 to $700 on today’s market if it’s in good shape. Hope this helps.
