Drives me crazy when people price stuff off of eBay listings, when really they are just items not selling and getting reposted over and over. Seen plenty of stuff on marketplace that says "goes for this one ebay"....ok but it hasn't sold in 6 months sooooo.... there's a plain nothing special 95 Honda Civic listed on local marketplace for 2 years now asking 10k...

The cue you have looks almost exactly like the one I have which is a model number 87-16. These were Japanese made during the mid 90’s and sold for around $500+ in that period of time. The Helmstetter name on mine has worn off over the years from buffing the butt on lathe so many times. Try to google that model number and see what you come with. I‘d say that cue is probably worth around $600 to $700 on today’s market if it’s in good shape. Hope this helps

Here’s a price list for other Helmstetter 87 series back in the mid 90’s Mine is (I still have it) listed for $710 (model number 87-16)I think I paid some like $500 or so for it if I remember correctly. They were made in Japan.
