I am not very good at such calculations. That's why I seek alternative shots. However, there are systems for these type of shots. My suggestion would be to look through the Tuzul systems:

I use the standard diamond system to figure out banking points. I don't use a no-English system at this time. You are also asking very specific and very difficult questions which require a long and thorough explanation and actually in order to "master" these things, you need to experiment for yourself by setting up the positions and seeing what happens. That is what I do. I don't blindly use other people's systems without testing them for myself and adjusting them as needed for my own stroke and English, etc.

Its very rare that a player calculates the second rail. I'll shoot a shot like this once a year. Last Saturday at around 12 noon I reset the timer to 365 days.
Like Jim said, there's usually other solutions. I'll add that they're also usually easier.
Edit: For me its simply feel if I have to go here. Walk around the table to visualize the line. Knowing the table ie Tuzul and your stroke helps too. It really all boils down to practicing this shot a couple thousand time if you want to increase your percentage.
