HELP 911 911 911!!! (case repair)

1st off i posted this problem about a month ago and got vey few responses.(3) I did most everything that was suggested ,i have went to 2different shoe and leather repair shops in my area and they can not do the work. I have contacted instroke about it and it will cost about 4 times what i paid for the case.(purchased it used and in this condition).
I simply refuse to beleave there is nothing i can do or there is no one out there can do the work for a resonable price. last time i posted i didnt have pics and that could of been the problem why i didnt get very many responses that were practical and sensable. so once again if there is any one out there that can do the project or knows anyone that can.

problem with the case:

1. the part that turns on the latch has been broken off just the little front piece of the latch on both the lid and the top
small pocket( the only places on the case with them.

Just thinking out loud. Could you buy a strip of Velco and cut it to fit? Not on the latch, but either just above or below it. That might work and be an inexpensive repair.

OhioTravel Bag and Tandy Leather carries those latches and sorry, but you are full of balony about costing 4x the cost of the case to replace the pocket latch.
Instroke will do that latch for very little money. You can probably buy one from Frank's center for $5.
Or you could send it to Frank's Center and have them put a Diamond Latch on for $25 plus shipping and then you will be good to go for the next 30 years on the latch.
Also you do not need to post a thread on every single section of this forum. The world is not going to end because of the freakn latch problem.

Broken latches were a fairly common problem with instroke cases made during a particular time if I remember correctly.

Frank's center is the official unofficial go to place to get the latches fixed.

I would like to thank everyone for the help, and BENFICA i didnt say 4x the cost retail of the case i said what i have into it. i bought the case used in very bad condition and cleand it up and the latches were the last part of the project. im sorry for the inconvience of my add being in 3 areas of the forum(main, sale/trade and ask the cue maker) but i have talked with alot of people who only look in certain areas of the forum and i just wanted to cover all of the market you never know whos looking at what and when.
