help about a cue model - year

a friend of mine has the bellow carom cue.
it is Ceuelemans cue with Schuler joint,anybody knows anything about the model or year ?

Is the cue signed Ray Schuler?

there is a signature at the bottom of the cue.you can see it in the first picture.
i don't know if it is schuler's.

if its not, then we are talking about a ceuelemans cue with a metal joint ?

I do have one version of this model ( limited edition) ,
it's not Schuler cue , it's Stany buyle (BELGIUM), VERY FINE CUE MAKER,
i HAD THE CUE SINCE 1984 (VERY EXPENSIVE), IT HAS SCHULER JOINT

Just to add to what Gilbert has said. Stany makes an excellent cue. His cues are called Stradivarius and are excellent. He makes them in a wood or Schuler style joint. You are welcome to go to my website or his and check them out.
