Second one I am not sure.
The last cue you posted is a N/B-5 "Varig"
Prices would be typical for Adam I would think.

It is a Gandy HC-145, later version by Viking, not the earlier version by Ricco Cervantes. I can tell because it has the classic Viking mushroom bumper.
It would have had a matching shaft ring, with a stainless ring, with brass insert. The earlier version by Cervantes would be bumperless and would have an aluminum insert in the shaft.
I have been getting into Gandy cues lately.
Here is my earlier Cervantes made HC-145 as an example:
