Help ID a cue

Cue looks kinda like a Bludworth, but I don't see the red dot. He made points like those, up and down.

That joint, bumper and overall design (giant triangles that way off balance the points and points that look to be a bit thin), look a bit too odd to be by a good maker.
On the other hand, the finish and shafts look to be of good quality.
Hope someone knows this cue because I'm curious if I am off in my appraisal of the design as not something a good cue builder would do.

Check under the bumper
Kinda reminds me if a David Barber.. But just about all his cues were signed or logoed..
Also kinda looks like a schuler as far as look or inspiration goes but many things about it make it not look like a schuler as well..

I have been trying to do some research on identifying this cue maker. I believe the weight bolt is the same one Schon uses. Not saying it's a Schon. I have looked at several weight bolts from several cue parts suppliers. Seems each just labels it as a Schon weight bolt. It's not so much a weight bolt as a bolt to attach the bumper. Aluminum and light weight. I have been trying to find a chart list weight bolts by cue maker. Has anyone seen a chart or know any other makers that might use the same weight bolt?
