Help ID model and retail price of Limited Edition Lucasi cue?

I am curious if anyone has seen this Lucasi cue before?

I can't find any archives anywhere online of older model Lucasi cues.

I was told that it is a limited edition Lucasi cue, but the logo hear the butt has worn away.

I am curious how much the cue originally sold for new.

I know it is a long shot that anyone here has ever seen the same cue before, but I thought it was worth a try.

Would like to try to sell it, and would like to know a fair price that I should be able to get out of the cue.

Thanks

Maybe it's the quality of the pictures or how that shiny part looks, but to me it looks like a cheaper decal cue.

I know the pictures are lousy, but the ring work looks like a Lucasi to me, and I do not think the inlays are decals. Does anyone else have any opinions about the cue? Thanks.

AKA: I paid too much for it to be a fake

I have seen this exact design on eBay. Check completed Lucas listings. I think it is a knockoff, personally. The logo doesn't just 'wear away'

Please send closeups of the buttcap.

I wonder why any Chinese cue company want to make a knock off of another Chinese brand cue maker (Lucasi). I thought that they only try to knock off the higher end cue makers (from the USA). So do you think the inlays are decals? Thanks.

Here is a picture of a lot of worn off finish that appears to be where to Logo would have been. I wonder if someone may have purposely removed that logo to keep the brand name a secret. I can't think of any other reason that the finish would be worn away like that. I do not know. Anyone have any thoughts? It is a really nice hitting cue though. It does not hit like a cheap decal cue normally would.

So can any of you Lucasi experts out there tell me if it is a Lucasi? If not, then do any of you think the inlays are real, or are they decals? I tried finding the same cue in the ended ebay auctions, and could not find it. I did notice that the rubber bumper on the older Lucasi cues looks completely different then the rubber bumper on this cue. I just want to know if it is a Lucasi, or not. Thanks

playerbump.jpgYour buttcap looks very similiar to this. I think you may have a Players Cue there...

Looking at whats left of the logo on your cue and comparing it to the players cue pictured it sure looks like what left is the top of a P in Players. Also the bumper does not look like the one in my Lucasi. The rings look like Lucasi but both Players and Lucasi are made in the same factory.Same goes for the Uni Loc pin.
My guess is it's a Players decal cue.

I bought this exact lucasi a couple years ago used from a guy who only used it a few times. It's pretty much as good as new. I paid 100 I think.

What is up with the bidding war on this cue?
I threw a similar Lucasi butt (only) away 4-years ago when I moved.
The thought of selling a cue on Ebay makes me feel uneasy, but if you can get 47-people to bid a used Lucasi cue up to $260 with time left,, I may try it.
Some of my cues might fetch upwards to $300 on Ebay.

Le-67

Sold in 1995 by Ozone Billiards, model LE-67 sold for $303.99.

So a dealer was probably paying around $170 for this cue new.

I told you there was money to be made in Lucasi cues.
And you keep trading and buying customs.
