Help ID this cue

Pics of the joint may give a better clue...I'd guess an Adam, made it Japan, but it's just a guess.
 
Again, another job for chopdoc, but I suspect it's an Adam or Helmstetter cue.
Pretty cool though
 
It's not an Adam.

It is an Asian import, but not up to the quality of Adam. Probably Kao-Kao I think. They were sold under a variety of names including Players Edge and others. I don't know what name this particular one might have been sold under.

Looks to be among the fanciest of this type.

If selling, best place is probably Ebay to maximize the price. might go 125-150. I have seen them go for more, and less.

Without a brand name on it there is a better chance it will go higher as some speculators that really don't know what they are looking at will go higher because it is fancy.

you sir, is the man!!! googled what you told me and I believe I found the match. many thanks. I wonder how much this cue retailed for as they didn't list prices in the catalog, any thoughts?
