Help Identifying a Cue

Nice cue! I dony know who made it but chances are good someone here does.

Great pics also. You may need to pop off the rubber bumper so the experts can have a look inside.

Looks like a well built cue, also if you take off the bumper, you may find a signature or initials of the maker.

Is that a mark on one of the shafts or just a ding? Looks like it may be a tiny W or something if it's not just a ding.
