Help identifying a friend's cue

Promised a friend i'd take some photos of this cue and post it up to help finding out what it is. It could be completely worthless or it could be something special, I have no idea.

It's in not great playing condition, it has a snooker sized tip and it is a bit shorter than today's average cues.


Any thoughts?

Rich, but I'm not just sure which one. There were two different Rich cues. Look in the Blue Book.

It appears to be a cue by Saul Rich (Rich Cues). Hard to really tell for sure. Value would depend on whether it was made by Saul or after the company had been sold to Imperial Billiards, and on the condition of the cue. Value would not be too great, IMO...probably $300-500 depending on condition, straightness, etc. Maybe a little more to a Rich cue collector.
