Help identifying cue

I bought this cue from a friend 20 years ago. He said it was a Meucci. Paid $40 for it.

Was in rough shape. Finish was all banged up. Had a light linen wrap, dirty and frayed.

Took it into a billiard shop. They sent it away to be refinished for me. Tim Padgett did the work on it (as pictured).

When I picked it up, I was told it was either a Frank Paradise or an Adams. There is no makers mark anywhere.

Would love to get a more solid ID. A lot of people seem to know their cues here so I figured I’d ask.

Thanks

I took it in to Tiger today to see if they can get the weight down. It’s just over 20 oz. Balance point is about 20 inches. It’s front heavy. Even if there was a weight in the sleeve of handle which could be removed, it would also shift the balance point even further forward.

Thought of making it a break cue. Problem is I like to break with very light cues.

Anybody else notice that wrap? The listing says that "wrapping appears to be original". It would be hard to even call that twine, that wrap was redone with some rope lol.
