I have a Bobby Hunter with that ringwork on the shafts, so agree that's a decent guess.

I'm stumped. Several thoughts but nothing really worth mentioning that hasn't already been mentioned.

Looks identical to the Ned Morris I had. Exactly the same colors and design in the rings.
