Value? I hate addressing value. But since Paul Huebler died some are asking pretty strong prices. That's at a pawn shop? As long as the price isn't stupid I would jump on it personally.
Here is an example of a Huebler with points and veneers but no rings that has some dings in it, sold for $250.

Nice condition, points with veneers and rings...I probably would not take under $400 for the one you show.
It would take at least double that to get my Huebler out of my hands.
