Help Identifying This Cue

I'm looking for help identifying this cue. I'm guessing it's circa early 1970's. It has four points but what's unique is that two points are next to each other of the same length and the other two points next to each other are considerably shorter. This cue is NOT for sale. I'm simply trying to determine who the maker was, when it was manufactured, and what its value might be. Many thanks for you help!

I've seen that checkerboard butt before.

I will have to think about it some time that I AM not eating pay-oh-tea
